Who are we?
Lincoln Stollery
Founder | Managing Director
Lincoln has spent the last 7 years working in private markets and alternative investments across both equity and debt instruments, with a focus on origination and capital raising.
Before founding PhaseOne Partners, Lincoln spent time inhouse at two separate private equity firms, Pemba Capital Partners and ROC Partners.
At Pemba, Lincoln was focused on originating investment opportunities in the Healthcare sector, between $2m and $20m of EBITDA. Lincoln successfully originating completed investments across the life sciences, home care, disability, allied health, and animal healthcare industries, with a combined total of $150m invested across these platforms.
At ROC Partners, Lincoln was focused on origination across all sectors, successfully sourcing deals across healthcare, business services, technology, education and training and consumer sectors, successfully sourcing
Having spent time in-house and seeing the value that a proprietary origination strategy could bring to an investment team, Lincoln believed there was an opportunity to incorporate this model across the private markets landscape, specifically those that had the desire to more proactively source their deals.
Lincoln holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Majoring in Finance.
